I found a VERY FEW small nicks (See one by the derailleur hanger) and most were under the clear coat. You can see from the pictures that are attached, it's NOS. He took his favorites from inventory as part of the sale, took all the parts off and I'm helping him sell it. My friend bought the shop and saw this frame in storage, threw some Shimano parts on it and hung it on the wall, and there is stayed, as decoration, until a few months ago when he sold the shop and retired. They shop owners stripped the parts for another build and put the frame in storage in the shop. It was built up with Dura Ace from the factory.
